1. Electric control system adopts PLC centralized control, and man-machine interaction through touch screen. Operational parameters can be set and displayed according to different requirements for products.

2. The rewind achieves automatic tension control by adopting magnetic powder clutch and measuring the diameter with PLC automatically.

3.The unwind achieves automatic tension control by adopting magnetic powder brake and measuring the diameter with PLC automatically.

4. Loading and unloading material on the unwind section adopts air shaft to load and unload material, the roll can be lifted up and down pneumatically, hence it is convenient to load and unload material with high efficiency, automatically rectify the deviation when unwinding. 

5. Dual purpose straight knives and round knives are used to slit, to get trimmed and tidy slitting, and it is equipped with fan device to remove the scraps.

6. The system has the functions of length counting, roll diameter calculating.

7. The system has perfect mechanic, electric and pneumatic design, also good safety protection.
